Check in / Out times
Check-in: Starts 4 p.m. Check-out: 12:00 p.m. (noon)

Late Check-out 
Late check out is available upon availability and must be requested 24 hours prior to departure. Late check-out charge may apply of $75. Late checkout charge will apply if guest have not check out by 12:30pm.

Valet Parking
Valet Parking has a cost of $20 daily. The hotel is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. If a problem occurs with a vehicle in the hotel car park, the hotel cannot accept any liability with the vehicle. If a vehicle is left in the hotel car park for more than 8 hours after the guest has departed without the written consent of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to remove the vehicle at the owner’s expense.

Photo Identity
All Guests are requested to provide a Government Approved photo identity card and Valid Passport or Visa for Foreign Nationals upon arrival.

Age Requirement
All Guests must be 18 years or older to make guest room reservations, to be accommodated at the hotel, and to visit any of the restaurants or bars at O:LV Fifty Five.

Food and Beverage in Public Spaces
All food and beverage consumed in our public spaces like the rooftop, lobby and patio must be supplied and prepared by the Hotel. Because of our legal liability as well as licensing restrictions, our policy demands that all food and beverage served on our premises must be purchased from the hotel.

Smoking Policy
O:LV Fifty Five is a non-smoking property. Smoking penalty of $500.00 USD will apply if such conduct is taken within the premises of the room or room balconies. Tampering with fire detection systems and firefighting equipment We reserve the right to take action against any guest found to have tampered / interfered with any fire detection equipment throughout the hotel, including detector heads in public areas and bedrooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers. Guests found to have tampered with any fire detection or firefighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by the hotel due to their actions and additionally may be asked to leave the hotel. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, the Police may become involved at the hotels discretion. Should the fact that firefighting or detection equipment had been tampered with come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.

Cancellation Policy BAR Rates
If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, first night will be charged.

Cancellation Policy Promotional and Discounted Rates and/or Sales
If cancelled or modified, full reservation will be charged.

No Show Policy
In event or no show, full amount of the reservation will be withheld as a cancellation penalty.

Damage to hotel property  
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act of the guest to the hotel property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit card or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum. Removal of hotel property  
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. O:live Hotel Corp is not responsible for any missing/lost items after guests departure. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit card or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.

Inappropriate Behavior  
It is the hotels policy that all our guests have the right to be treated with dignity and respect and as a responsible host we believe that we have a duty to our guests to protect them from inappropriate behavior. Should any actions by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the Duty Manager, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the Duty Manager, the hotel reserves the right, after any allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, the Police may become involved at the hotel, or guests may be asked to leave the hotel.

Lost / Damaged Property 
O:LV Fifty Five is not responsible for any lost/missing item after guests departure. If we find any lost property, we will make every reasonable effort to locate the owner and return it, but if we cannot locate the owner and an item is not reclaimed with of the guest departure it will be disposed of by the hotel.

Child Policy 
As an Adults Only hotel, any non-registered guest visiting a registered guest of the hotel is required to be registered at front desk should the visiting guest wish to enter the hotel’s facilities.

Reservations T&C

By making a reservation with O:LV Fifty Five, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that accommodation, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the accommodation provider that may apply to your reservation or during your stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the hotels (the delivery terms and conditions can be obtained in your confirmation and in the hotels website). The general cancellation and no-show policy is made available on our website on the terms and conditions, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. Applicable taxes will be charged in the event of a no-show and cancellations. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation. Please note that a reservation that requires down payment or (wholly or partly) prepayment may be cancelled (without a prior notice of default or warning) insofar the relevant (remaining) amount(s) cannot be collected in full on the relevant payment date in accordance with the relevant payment policy and the reservation. Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards or insufficient funds are at your own risk and account and you shall not be entitled to any refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount unless it allows otherwise under its (pre)payment and cancellation policy.

If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy or not be entitled to any repayment of any (pre)paid amount. We recommend that you read the cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy carefully prior to making your reservation and remember to make further payments on time as may be required for the relevant reservation.


PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

All reservations must be pre-paid before check in. No cash payments allowed for reservation purposes.

Upon check in you will be required to present the same credit card used to book the room. Failure to provide it full amount will be charge to the card present.

Upon check-in, your card issuing bank will place a hold on your debit or credit card for an amount of$150.00 or $250 if you stay more than 2 nights for incidentals for the entire stay. The amount will increase by consumption. This hold will be released by the issuing bank and it usually takes up from five (5) to seven (7) business days after your departure. The number of days will vary from one financial institution to another.

You authorize us to place this hold against your credit or debit card to guarantee any and all charges and, in the event that you do not settle your account subsequent to your departure, you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card or apply funds you have on deposit with us against what you owe.

 

FILMING & PHOTOSHOOT POLICY

As part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World network, we require a special approval to conduct any kind of publicity, video, or photoshoot. The following information is a guideline to help you identify if you need to request approval for a special photoshoot or video.

Not Allowed
Commercial photography or video shoot is not permitted at O:live Boutique Hotel/O:LV Fifty Five without express written permission from the hotel management.

O:live Hotels does NOT allow any area of its hotel property (all indoor and outdoor grounds including rooms) to be used for professional or commercial photography or videography (including but not limited to Wedding, Engagement, Class, Family and Individual Portraits, Advertising Photography, and Model/Fashion Shoots, Instagram, OnlyFans, Music Videos, pre-nuptial shoots, love stories).

If you book a suite at any of our properties, this does NOT mean that the room is a private location for your photography or videography.

Allowed

Guests may shoot non-commercial photography or video for their own personal use. All photographs and video should be taken from public viewing areas and must be taken with a phone or hand-held camera (non-professional equipment). IMPORTANT: All camera accessories that could potentially impede foot traffic are expressly forbidden, including camera tripods, monopods, lighting setups, large reflectors, and staging shots. ( with no professional equipment, lighting, etc.) in their room or on the property but must respect the privacy and well-being of other guests in the area.

Shoots for Contracted Wedding Ceremony & Wedding Receptions taking place onsite at O:live Hotels and exclusively on the day of the event.

Professional photography/videography will only be allowed if the Senior Management has given their written permission before the shoot. All photography/ videography requests will be reviewed and approved based on occupancy, availability, and content.

Kindly note that unauthorized professional photographers/videographers who are not guests of the hotel will be asked to leave the hotel property immediately.

Other

O:live Hotels has the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold or withdraw consent to photograph and video (or to reproduce photographs or video) of the hotel and related property. Photographs may not be published, sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed, or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever. All trademarks, marks, logos, images, and facilities of O:live Hotels are the sole property of O:live Hotels and may not be used, reproduced, displayed or distributed without written consent.

Requests to use any area of the hotel as a location for commercial photo-shoots or filming as well as special occasion/ wedding shoots should be directed to the Marketing Department. These photo/ video shoots are subjected to fees and a strict schedule which must be approved by management. For photo/ video shoot requests, please fill in our Request.
